Some desserts are simply better the next day. And what is better than delicious dessert that you can quickly prepared the night before. This is recipe for tiramisu, which can be placed side by side with its Italian cousin 🙂
You will need:
- Sponge fingers
- 2 vanilla puddings
- 40 grams of butter
- 2 tbsps of rum
- 4 tbsps of coffee
- Milk
- Cocoa powder
Mix coffee with about 2 ounces of milk and dip in one sponge fingers at a time. Layer these into your dish until you have covered bottom.
Follow the instructions on the package to cook two puddings. Add butter, rum and then spread half creamy mixture over the biscuits. Then, add another layer of dipped biscuits and cream. To serve, dust with cocoa powder and chill for a few hrs or overnight.
Tip: biscuits are perfect soaked if they are dipped and turned with wet side up.
