For some time now I like to use Pomodoro technique. With this technique, I am more productive and at the same time, I track my time.
If you don’t know this technique, in short, it is 25 min of work and 5 min relaxation and this is one Pomodoro cycle. More about this technique you can find at Pomodoro Technique Will Boost Your Productivity.
For me, the best system is to write down on paper every Pomodoro cycle. At the end of the day, I summarize all cycle and write down used time. Because writing down cycles on regular paper I find a little confusing and not very organized, I decided to design special to do list for this. I believe it will be useful to someone else, so I decided to share it on my blog. 🙂
It is ideal for two different projects, and can be filled up with 8 tasks per project. In the end, you can mark every ended Pomodoro cycle (up to 16).
